Every car nut wants to find that one special car buried in an old barn somewhere, not touched for years. Well…we were lucky enough to find such a car. An old barn, down in Florida, was kind enough to preserve a small piece of automotive history for us.
This 1956 Bellair was painstakingly cared for by its original owner. He kept meticulous records, which will accompany the car. These records include every part he purchased, every oil change made, and gasoline fill up. This gentleman only made minor modifications to the car. He added trim work and a small painting of the Road Runner on the side.
Road Runner, as we call her, was a show car in the 1960’s and is known to have been featured in an auto magazine of the time. We have been unable to find a copy to add to the car’s history, but we have been told by many people that the car was indeed featured.
The Road Runner is fully original, with the exception of the 1960’s show modifications, and unrestored.
Come by and take a look at this truly one of a kind car.
